SHIPPING POLICY
- Big Red Dot Sdn Bhd will only send online orders to Peninsular and West Malaysia address. We do not deliver to P.O. Box address or any international address.
- All delivery for standard only applicable for orders below 30kg (weight or volumetric, whichever greater). Please place a separate order if your total cart exceeded this limit.
- Your paid orders will be shipped out from our warehouse within 4 to 7 working day(s). Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 pm and over the weekend, will be processed on the following Monday.
- Big Red Dot Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
